Care

Flame Ceramic performs best with gradual temperature changes. Start cooking on low heat and let it warm up gently, then increase as needed. For the first use, Emile Henry recommends seasoning by simmering a small amount of milk or water with rice briefly, then cooling and washing.

Let the tagine cool before washing, and avoid placing a hot base on a cold or wet surface. Dishwasher safe, or wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
